Thank You to all who participated in our annual "Toys for Tots" toy drive. We collected hundreds of toys thanks to the kindness and generosity of our Clients, Friends and Family.

2nd Annual North End Community Blood Drive
Landmark Realty held their 2nd annual blood drive with the North End community on Thursday October 28, 2004 in the Mariner's House at 11 North Square. In celebration of Halloween and to encourage others to be a hero, the Landmark team dressed as their favorite super hero.
The response was tremendous with 46 people showing up over 7 hours to donate their blood. The American Red Cross collected twenty-eight total units of blood, which will undoubtedly help save many lives. We couldn't have done it without the help of our local business owners, who helped get the word out, Michael Cicalese from the Mariner's House, who donated the space, or the gracious donors. Thanks again for being so kind. We hope to see you all next year for a bigger and better event.

Landmark Realty Toys for Tots Drive
Landmark Realty is proud to announce that through the donations of our generous patrons we received over a hundred toys for the Toys for Tots program. This being our second annual toy drive we are thrilled to report that our loyal friends and clients more than exceeded our expectations for this worthy cause. Again we would like to extend a gracious thanks to all of those who helped make so many young dreams come true.

2nd Annual Flip Flop Regatta, 2004
On August 13 th and 14 th , 2004, the team from Landmark Realty joined The ALLY Foundation to celebrate the 2nd Annual Flip Flop Regatta. The event, held in memory of Alexandra Nicole Zapp to benefit The ALLY Foundation, took place at the Courageous Sailing Center on Boston Harbor. This PHRF open ocean regatta was a weekend long event which included: PHRF pursuit racing, Mount Gay Rum tent parties, live and silent auctions, a spectator boat and awards ceremony. The ALLY Foundation reported the regatta to be a huge success this year. We, here at Landmark Realty were honored to be a part of this charitable event and to support the mission of The ALLY Foundation: to prevent opportunities for violent sex offences, to educate the public, and advocate for necessary changes in culture, attitude and legal policy. Landmark Realty hopes to see you next year to celebrate what will be the 3 rd Annual Flip Flop Regatta 2005!

2004 North End Men's Softball League
Landmark wins 1st Place!
Landmark Realty finished the 2004 North End Men's Softball Season with an impressive 8-2-2 record, good for first place in the N.E.S.L's American Division. The #1 ranked Landmark Team lost a tough three game series, 2-1, in the first round of the division playoffs to a strong Midget Donkey's team. Congratulations to the Corner Café team for winning the crown.
Landmark would like to thank our players, Derek, Jason Pinto, Matt Pascale, Mike Palmer, James Campbell, Ben Adams, Chris Wells, Dan Visalli, Joe Mello, Mark Fernandes, Andy Wilcox (MVP), Tom Kirby, Ryan Garnett, Kenny Schwietzen, Jeremy Aragones, Matt Laraway, and Tom Duffy for such an exciting season. We hope to see everyone back at Puopolo Park on Commercial Street for the 2005 season, which should begin in early May.

Landmark Realty's First North End Community Blood Drive a Success
On Friday December 12th, 2003 the North End Community gathered at K.I.C.K. on 51 North Margin St. to help save lives by donating blood to the American Red Cross for use at local hospitals. The event was a resounding success. It was made possible by the 38 presenting donors who donated 28 units of blood, 10 of these people were first-time donors.
Landmark Realty greatly appreciates all the support from the North End community and would like to thank the countless businesses that allowed us to publicize the event in their establishment, all the local publications that donated ad space, all the volunteers who were unable to donate their blood, but donated their time instead, and to the donors themselves. You should all be very proud of the impact you have made in your community. We hope to see you all again at our next community service event.
